Andrews Salomon さんにより、GTK+ ベースでレンダリングエンジンを交換可能なウェブブラウザ風博士が、PCRE ライブラリをソースの埋め込みとしてコンパイルされており、システムで提供されているライブラリに優先してそちらのライブラリを使っていることが発見されました。

PCRE ライブラリには以前の Debian セキュリティ勧告で報告したセキュリティ上の問題の修正が行われています。今回の修正では、安全でない組み込みのバージョンではなくサポートされたライブラリを使うようになっています。

安定版 (stable) ディストリビューション (etch) では、この問題はバージョン 0.4.2-1etch1 で修正されています。

直ぐに kazehakase パッケージをアップグレードすることを勧めます。
